What if she was the one?
The one that could have made me feel like no one else,
The one with whom I pictured discovering the world,
The one that could have lighted a spark and lead me through the dark.

Definitely, the one that put things up-side-down.
Making me realize how much I must work on myself.
Everything is part of a process.
And I’m the one damn best long-term project I could ever pick to work over and over.

An everyday battle I’m willing to take part in.
To face each of my inner demons.
To fight the desires that do nothing but keep me away from my crazy goals.

There will be ups and downs,
Moments of glory and crisis.

That’s precisely what reminds me of what it means and feels to be alive.
Bouncing from one side to another.
Exploring hidden corners.
Embracing the duality of the world.
Understanding that there are some natural laws.
But acknowledging that sometimes rules are mean to be broken.

It’s so hard to open the heart to strangers
And such an adventure to heal a heartache.
How crazy does someone have to be to go again into the battlefield?
Where there’s a lack of rules and a propensity to lose what you have to give.
